Customer Service is Not a Pandemic Problem
I’m embarrassed to say that I live in a part of the United States where people are simply too privileged. If you’re one of those people, you’d best skip this article, as those in this privileged group feel that there is no plague on earth that should stop them from their morning latte at Starbucks. I’ll never get through to them.
